As healthcare advocates, we will build relationships through engagement and volunteering. We will serve as a resource for Greater Houston and surrounding areas, as well as, continue to partner with a network of healthcare professionals we currently support.

mentorship committee
The Mentorship Program was crafted to offer a structured platform for minority healthcare professionals to mentor and support one another within the healthcare sector. Our mission is to empower minorities to actively engage in shaping the future of healthcare, ensuring quality care for all.
Through our program, mentees and mentors receive ongoing support, guidance, and resources to thrive in their respective roles. Our committee facilitates communication, provides updates, and addresses feedback to ensure the success of the program.
senior advisory Board
The Senior Advisory Board (SAB) is composed of executive leaders representing institutions within the chapter membership. This exclusive board offers Senior Advisory Board Members a platform to exchange leadership insights, ideas, and perspectives on chapter strategy and executive content. Regular quarterly meetings between chapter leaders and the SAB facilitate collaboration and strategic alignment.
The invaluable contributions of the Senior Advisory Board not only enhance the growth and direction of NAHSE Houston but also foster a supportive environment for learning, development, and networking among current and future healthcare leaders.
PUBLIC Policy
The Houston NAHSE Healthcare Policy Committee is dedicated to advancing healthcare awareness and advocating for effective health policies within the community. These initiatives are designed to foster educational awareness among stakeholders and the public, shedding light on pertinent health observances and policy matters.

The scholarship committee is dedicated to supporting the educational aspirations of future healthcare leaders in the Greater Houston area. By joining us, you'll have the chance to make a real difference by empowering deserving students through scholarships, building valuable connections within the healthcare community, and contributing to the advancement of healthcare equity and excellence.
