Q: How do I register for the conference?

A: You can register online through our official conference website. Click Register here  or visit houstonconference.org/conference/registration for instructions. 

Q: Is there an early bird discount?

A: Yes, we offer an early bird discount for registrations completed by July 19th, 2024.

Please refer to the registration page for details on pricing and deadlines.

Q: Can I register on-site at the conference?

A: No, on-site registration is not available we recommend registering in advance to secure your spot and take advantage of any discounts.

 

Q: What is included in the registration fee?

A:  The 2-Day Registration Pass includes access to the kick-off cocktail reception, all conference sessions, keynote speeches, workshops, late-night social events, and conference materials. 

Meals and refreshments during scheduled breaks are also included.

Conference Details

 

Q: Where is the conference being held?

A: The  Day 1 Kick-Off Reception is held at the Houston Club-910 Louisiana St Fl 49 Floor, Houston, TX 77002.

Day 2 of the conference will be held at Houston Methodist Josie Roberts Administration Building 7550 Greenbriar Dr, Houston, TX 77030.

 

Q: What are the dates of the conference?

A: The conference will take place from Friday, September 13 to  Saturday, September 14, 2024.

 

Q: Will there be virtual attendance options?

A: No, we are not offering virtual attendance options for those who cannot join us in person. 

Travel and Accommodation

 

Q: Are there any recommended hotels for conference attendees?

A: Yes, we have partnered with the Marriott Medical Center to offer discounted rates for conference attendees.

Q: Is there parking available at the conference venue?

A: Yes, there is ample parking available at both venues.
Parking details, including fees and directions, can be found on our

Q: How do I get from the airport to the conference venue?

A: We recommend using UBER or Car Service for transportation.

 

Sessions and Activities

 

Q: How can I see the conference schedule?

A: The full conference schedule is available on our website. Click here to visit our conference agenda page.  

 

Q: Can I choose which sessions to attend?

A: Yes, attendees are free to choose which sessions and workshops to attend based on their interests.

Breakout sessions have limited seating, so we recommend arriving early to choose your session.

Networking and Social Events

 

Q: Are there networking opportunities at the conference?

A: Yes, there will be several networking events, including welcome receptions, coffee breaks, and evening social events. These are great opportunities to connect with other attendees.

A: The dress code for the conference is business casual. For evening social events, smart casual attire is recommended.
