The Mentorship Collective is designed to empower the next generation of leaders through intentional group mentorship, professional growth, and leadership development. This program creates space for young professionals to strengthen their personal brand, sharpen essential career skills, and build meaningful connections that support long-term success.
Whether you are looking to gain clarity in your career path, expand your network, or prepare for your next opportunity, the Mentorship Collective offers the guidance, community, and development needed to move forward with confidence.

The program is specifically for chapter members of ACHE-SETC, NALHE Greater Houston, NAHSE Houston.

PROGRAM STRUCTURE
The program 12 month, with workshops, mentorship sessions, and networking events designed to develop skills, expand networks, and prepare participants for leadership roles.
